Positive Finance Solutions is a trading name of PFS Groups who are a UK based online loan company.
We're an Independent loan company, who are one of the largest globally recognised loan companies in the UK with a history dating back over 20 years.
How much can I borrow?
Depending on your income and the amount of equity in your property, you can borrow any amount between $4,000 and $400,000,000.00 and repay the loan over a period from 1 year to 45 years. If you know how much you can afford to repay, click here to find out how much you could borrow.
Do you offer a competitive interest rate?
Being in business over 20 years we developed excellent relationships with many of the UK's leading lenders, including subsidiaries of the main clearing banks. We've negotiated very competitive terms which we can pass on to our clients.
What can I use my money for?
Our loan can be used just as you like. Some of our customers use the opportunity to clear their credit cards, store cards and other high interest borrowings, leaving themselves with just one, more manageable, monthly payment. Other customers use their cash for home improvements, perhaps a conservatory or loft conversion. Then again, we have many customers who prefer to buy a new car, pay for a luxury holiday or help with their children's first home or college fees. You decide - and spend your cash exactly as you wish.
What if I have CCJs, defaults or mortgage arrears?
Whatever your credit history our team will help you find a loan with the lowest interest rate possible and the most preferential terms available for your situation. Even if your adverse credit has meant you've been turned down for a loan elsewhere Positive Finance Solution, could still help. We have access to a number of lenders who specialise in sourcing this type of loan. Even if you have previously defaulted on a loan, have CCJs or mortgage arrears we can still help.
How do I apply for my loan?
Applying for your loan from Positive Finance Solution couldn't be easier. As soon as we receive your online application we'll assess your requirements, match them with the best deal from our range of lenders. Our friendly and experienced underwriters will then guide you step by step through the process. How long does it take to get a decision?
Once we receive your online application we can give you an ‘in principle' decision within 24 hours.
To apply for our loan you must meet the following criteria?
You need to be aged 16 years or over
You must have a permanent address of resident
How do I repay my loan?
Your monthly repayments are made by Direct Debit from a nominated bank account.
Can I settle my loan early?
Yes, you are able to settle your personal loan early by letting us know by phone, email, or letter stating the date that you wish to settle.
If you decide to settle your loan before the end of the term you will pay back the loan amount, the fee and the interest up to the date of settlement, plus one months additional interest. This is in accordance with the Consumer Credit Early Settlement Regulations (2004).
What happens if a Borrower misses a payment?
All borrowers pay a risk-adjusted fee into the Provision Fund. If a borrower misses a payment, the Provision Fund reimburses investors; if the loan goes into default, the Provision Fund takes over the loan and repays outstanding capital to the investors.
What is the minimum and maximum term?
Repayment terms are available from 1 to 45 years, however the term options will depend on which loan type you select.
Is there a cooling off period?
You will have the right to withdraw from the agreement, without giving any reason, for a period of 14 days. To do so, please call our Customer Service Team on email@example.com.
The 14 day period will begin on the day after you sign the agreement. You must then repay in full the amount borrowed within 30 days, and the agreement will be cancelled.
If we haven't heard from you after the 14 day period we'll assume you're happy with everything and you will be bound by the terms of your loan.
Can I take a ‘repayment holiday’?
We do not currently offer repayment holidays, however, it is something we're looking into.
Can I 'top up' my loan?
Unfortunately we don’t offer top up loans at the moment, however you can apply for a new loan and use it to pay off your existing loan.
I was declined, can I apply again?
If you’ve been declined, you can apply again, however, we would recommend waiting at least 1 month or until your circumstances have changed before you do so. This is because making several applications close together could have a negative effect on your credit score, and could make it harder for you to get accepted in the future.
Can I consolidate my existing debts with the loan?
Once you receive your loan your are free to spend the cash exactly as you wish. For many of our customers consolidation is a main priority. You could pay off all your existing higher interest rate credit cards, store cards, overdrafts, HP etc and leave yourself with just one monthly payment, which would be much easier to manage. You could also leave yourself with cash left over to spend on the things you've always wanted.
How confidential is my application and my loan?
At Positive Finance Solution our reputation has been built on the trust and confidentiality we devote to our customers. We treat all applications in the strictest confidence and at no time will we contact your employers, banks or any other third party without your permission. What will my monthly payment be?
Your monthly payment depends on a number of factors. How much you borrow, over what period you intend to repay your loan and your individual circumstances. For an idea of your monthly payments use our loan calculator. When deciding on a repayment plan make sure you can afford it.
Will I be able to borrow more cash in the future?
Yes; all you have to do is telephone (Free from a landline - Calls may be recorded) and we will gladly supply you with a quotation.
Can you help me if I want to remortgage my property?
Yes, here at Trust Finance we'll take care of the administration and make it as straightforward as possible. With a remortgage you pay off your current mortgage and replace it with a new one, for a larger amount, which is also secured on your property. Remortgages tend to offer a lower interest rate than secured or unsecured loans.
What types of finance are available?
We offer many different types of secured loans to homeowners. We have instant access to search through the many lenders we have at our disposal to find the best loan for your personal circumstances. Our aim is to provide you with the best solution on the market at the lowest rate possible.
Will there be any hidden charges?
No, all charges are pointed out in the agreement. At Positive Finance Solution we also offer plans to suit all circumstances. So whether you are retired, self employed, have no accounts we can still help. We can also help even if you have had problems in the past such as CCJs, arrears or a poor credit rating.
Will I pay any fee before I get my loan?
The Origination fee is the only fee required for International customers only.
